Refund policy

1. Returns
Returns for a refund are not available. Items can only be exchanged for another dress under the following conditions:

• The original dress must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

• Only dresses of equal or lesser value can be selected for exchange. If the new dress is of greater value, the difference must be paid.

2. Refunds
House of S. Marok does not offer refunds.

3. How to Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at [email/contact info] within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. House of S. Marok is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Conditions

• All dresses must be unused and in original condition.

• Personalized or made-to-order items are non-exchangeable.

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an exchange or resolve the issue promptly.
